This content will be effective from December 20, 2023.

As provided for in the Specific Conditions for the provision of the service Portasignatures of the AOC , the electronic archiving of documents is not a functionality covered by the service. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the users of the service to archive the resulting documents in the systems of the document managers of their organizations.

In this sense, the Portasignatures AOC has an automatic mechanism by which, after 180 days (about 6 months), a completed flow (that is, in which all signatures and verifications have been made) is moved to the archive tray and the signed documents are deleted.

For two years, these flows as well as evidence of signatures will be searchable, but not the resulting signed documents.
