The Public Registry of Contracts establishes a circuit for the introduction and validation of information relating to contracts, which goes through the following stages:

  • Contracting Agency : the information has been entered by the contracting agency but has not been sent to the Technical Secretariat of the Administrative Contracting Advisory Board for verification.
  • Advisory Board : the information has been sent to the Technical Secretariat of the Administrative Contracting Advisory Board so that it can be reviewed and, where appropriate, validated or returned.
  • Validated contract : the information is incorporated into the Public Contracts Registry. Up to this point, the data has not been submitted . No data in the contract can be changed, unless a reasoned request is made by the competent body in matters of contracting of the organization, addressed to the President of the Contracting Consultative Board.

  • Returned contract : the information sent from a Contracting Organization has data that, a priori, seems erroneous and is returned to the Organization itself so that the appropriate corrections can be made, if necessary.
