What is it?
A register in which the contracting bodies of all public administrations and other entities included in the scope of application of the Contracts Law must communicate certain data about contracts, procedures and the contracting bodies themselves for registration.
Regulations:
- Art. 328 Contract Law (former art. 29 TRLCSP).
- Art. 31 and annex 1 Royal Decree 817/2009.
- Order ECO/47/2013 (modified version by Order ECO/294/2015).
- Art. 13 + DA 8th Law 19/2014 on Transparency.
- Resolution 19.02.2016, on the content of the extract from the procurement files and the procedures to comply with the provisions of article 29 TRLCSP.
The obligation to communicate data to third parties in accordance with the provisions of the art. 328 Contracts Law (former art. 29 TRLCSP) and the Resolution of 19.02.2016, on the content of the extract from the procurement files and the procedures to comply with the former art. 29 TRLCSP is carried out through the communication of data to the RPC (art. 9 Order ECO/47/2013 and agreement according to the resolution of the Ombudsman of 19.02.2016).

- Auditor's Office (art. 328 Contracts Law).
- Who does it?
The Department of Economics, after communication of data by local bodies and universities to the RPC.
- What data must be communicated to the Auditor General through the RPC?
Those determined by art. 328.1 and 328.2 of the Contracts Law and the first agreement of the resolution of the Ombudsman's Office of 19.02.2016.
