Despite having recorded the data of a contract in the RPC, if it is not fulfilled, the data will not be sent to the Administrative Contracting Advisory Board for review.

To see why you cannot send the data for a specific contract, access the “Data Correction” menu and search for the specific contract. From this screen you can see the reason why the data cannot be sent.

Examples:

  • Annuities are not reported. Even if the contract execution does not exceed one year, if the period includes two different years, annuities must be reported in the RPC.
  • The sum of the annuity amounts is greater than the bid amount.
  • The sum of the annuities of the awarded amount is greater than the award amount.
  • There is a lack of reporting on the bids submitted (mandatory in the case of non-minor works contracts).

To correct or report the corresponding data, you will need to access the link in the first column of results where the registration number is shown (not in the summary sheet of the incorporated data).

The contract data can then be modified if the data correction needs to be made to the general data through the “Modify data” button at the top of the screen, or modify the data of the tender lots by accessing the required lot from the first column at the bottom of the screen (not in the summary sheet of the incorporated data):
