When you enter a representation in the citizenship portal, in the event that the other party is a natural person, it first asks for their NIF or NIE and then you must verify if this person already exists in the Representa database, in order to avoid duplications in it.
- If the person does not exist, you must enter the data.
- If the person already exists, their first and last names are retrieved.
- If you already have representations, you will see the full name and surname;
- If you do not have representations with this person, temporarily, until the representation is invalid, you will see the other person's data partially anonymized to preserve their data.
