When entering the other person's data, you must first enter the NIF or NIE and press the "Verify" button.

With this option, it is verified whether or not this person exists in the Representa database. Based on this verification:

  • if it exists and we have no representations with this person: the data appears partially anonymized and it is not necessary to incorporate it

  • if it exists and we already have representations with this person: the data appears visibly and it is not necessary to incorporate it

  • if it does not exist: you must enter the data

The data will be visible when the person accepts the representation or validates it for us.
