  • Problems with the documentation provided (format, authenticity and verification):

◦ No one is provided   electronic original document   or one   authentic copy   provided by a registration assistance office.

◦ The documentation provided does not have   secure verification code (CSV)   or its existence or authenticity cannot be verified through the website of the General Council of Notaries (via PICA). Without CSV, for electronic submission, an authentic copy provided by a registration assistance office is required.

◦ Documents are provided that are not accepted , such as photocopies or simple copies, scans without elements of authenticity or photographs.

◦ The document is incomplete , preventing verification of all the powers granted.

◦ The digitized document is not on a valid medium that allows the accreditation of the representation to be analyzed.

◦ The document image is not of sufficient quality, making the QR or CSV blurry.

  • The document or request does not correspond to the type or scope of representation allowed:

◦ The document provided   it is not a notarial power of attorney   or a document verified by a public notary that can be validated in this registry. Examples include: Civil Registry sheet, Family Book, incapacity judgments, founding acts or statutes of associations, certificates of change of board, supporting documents for applications.

◦ A general representation (Type A) is requested, but the documentation only accredits one   special power   for specific procedures (Type C) or limited to a specific action.

◦ The REPRESENTA record   It does not allow the registration of joint powers or faculties .

  • Problems with the parties (principal or representative):

◦ The person acting on behalf of an entity   does not accredit its powers of representation   or, the person requesting is not the one who has the powers according to the document.

◦ The person identified as representative in the application   does not match   with that of the document.
