From AOC we offer you different digital identification tools, such as the VÀLid system, which allows you to access the procedures of the Catalan administrations.
Therefore, if you have doubts such as:
- Where to find the procedure
- What are the requirements?
- What are the deadlines?
- What state is it in?
You must contact the administration that manages the procedure, not the AOC.
Below, we indicate how to contact the different organizations:
- Town Councils, Regional Councils, Provincial Councils , etc.: contact them through their electronic offices .
- Generalitat and Bodies dependent on the Generalitat : contact them via 012 or the Gencat contact page .
- Tax agencies (ORGT, ATC, BASE, XALOC...) : contact them through their electronic offices.
- Universities : contact them through their electronic offices .
- General State Administration : contact them via 060 or the AGE contact page.
- "La Meva Salut" help (for questions related to the "La Meva Salut" application).

What is the role of the AOC Consortium in the processing?
The AOC Consortium offers digital identification tools that allow you to transact electronically with Catalan administrations, such as the idCAT Certificat, the idCAT Mòbil, the e-TRAM or the VÀLid. The VÀLid is a system that allows you to identify yourself with different electronic means (digital certificates, idCAT Mòbil, Cl@ve, etc.).
Therefore, while you are processing with a Catalan administration, to identify yourself, you will go through the VÀLid page of the AOC Consortium.
However, the AOC Consortium only provides these identification tools, but does not manage or receive the procedures you are carrying out . That is why if you have doubts or incidents about a specific procedure, you should contact the responsible administration directly, who will be able to help you.
