If you have your Municipal Population Register (PMH) online and want to save citizens from having to travel to municipal offices to request registration flyers, you must request from AOC that your Population Register data be accessible from your website (what is called “OV Pròpia”).

These original electronic documents generated automatically through a query of your Municipal Population Register data are for informational purposes only, as they do not comply with the formal requirements of certificates, in accordance with article 61 of Royal Decree 2612/1996, of December 20, which modifies the Regulation on Population and Territorial Demarcation of Local Entities approved by Royal Decree 1690/1986, of June 11.

The request to connect to the Municipal Register to obtain e-registration flyers must be sent to AOC using a EACAT Generic Mail (EACAT/Catalogue/Generic Services/Generic Mail).

The type of request that can be made is that of registration data for a holder (OV Propria).

Once the application is approved, this mode of consumption will allow your city council to issue informational registration documents from the municipal website, specifically, the registration data of a holder.
