The application for registration for Via Oberta services has been modified to adapt the type of procedure to those in the Administrative Information System (SIA).

The main innovations are:

  • The procedures have been grouped into 17 types of SIA procedures.

  • New procedures have been added.

  • Already There is no distinction between social services and benefits. Everything is grouped under the “Benefits” procedure.

  • There is also no distinction between “Management and collection voluntary period/executive route”, as it falls under the umbrella of the “Tax” procedure.

Regarding the new classification and the new procedures incorporated, in the document Procedures of Via Oberta you will find:

  • The list of all procedures included in the Request for Authorization by type of procedure for Via Oberta services classified by type of procedure. This list is subject to possible updates and inclusion of new procedures. Therefore, it is advisable to always have the latest version of the Request for Via Oberta services by procedure.

  • The definition of the new procedures incorporated based on the Model Classification Table for Local Administration; the definition may have been adapted. In any case, it can serve as a guide to find out what type of procedure you need.
