• If you have a problem accessing the portal https://portalaall.ciberseguretat.cat/ (for example, the username and password authentication is not working for me) or with the permissions you have assigned (for example, I enter and see very limited information and I cannot find my city council's information):
    • You must contact the User Manager of the Entity you want to access to review which access permissions are linked to your user, and validate that you have the roles of the EACAT service: Security Portal of the Cybersecurity Agency of Catalonia
  • If you have a problem/incident with using the portal (once you have logged in) or with any functionality:
    • You must send an email to administraciolocal@ciberseguretat.cat indicating the full name of the person to contact, the telephone number and email address, and a detailed description of the problem detected.
  • If you have technical questions about the results of technical vulnerability audits, for example, about vulnerabilities in the Entity's infrastructure and how to resolve them, you can contact soc@ciberseguretat.cat.
  • If you have any questions about the cybersecurity regulatory framework published on the portal, you can contact normatiu@ciberseguretat.cat
  • If you detect errors in the inventory of equipment (IP, hostname) that appear in the portal reports or you need to update the contact person of the Entity, respond to a scan notification email that you have received from soc@ciberseguretat.cat
