There are two mechanisms to carry out the signature through signador.aoc.cat, with a JNLP component or with a native application:

To perform the signing operation with JNLP, you can follow the manual.
To perform the signature operation with the native application, you can follow the manual.

If you experience problems with the execution of any of the 2 methods, you can review the manuals or follow the following points in the order indicated:

1. Minimum technical requirements

In the following link you can review the requirements regarding browsers supported by the signer.

Regarding the specifics of the JNLP or the native application, you will find them in the requirements section of the following links:

2. Check the status of the certificate

Next, you need to verify that the certificate you want to sign with is valid and has not expired. To check this, go to: https://signasuite.aoc.cat/

If the certificate is not valid, you will not be able to sign.

If the certificate is valid and has not expired, you will need to take a screenshot of the result and continue with the next point.

3. Signature test

Once you have validated the status of the certificate, perform the signature test from the following link: https://signador.aoc.cat/signador/demoGet

This test will help you detect if you are using JNLP or the Native App when signing.

If you set JNLP , the signer is executed by this applet and if you set N active, it is executed by the Native app.

If you use JNLP and the signature test did not work for you, we recommend that you install the Nativa application through the following link: https://signador.aoc.cat/signador/installNativa and continue with the next point.

Note: If you do not want to install the native application, you can open a support request with the screenshot of the test result and the technical requirements mentioned in steps 1, 2 and 3.

4. Native application testing

Once you have theNativa application installed (or if you are already using it), you will need to take the following test: https://signador.aoc.cat/signador/testNativa

If the result is as follows:

You need to run theNative application again as “administrator”.

Once the application has been run as administrator, run the test again: https://signador.aoc.cat/signador/testNativa

If the test result is satisfactory, sign the procedure again as it should work for you.

If the test result is negative, you will need to take a screenshot of the test result from the native application and continue with the next point.

5. Get logs from the Native application

If the problem persists, you can recover the logs by following the instructions in the Troubleshooting section of the guide:

http://consorciaoc.github.io/signador/guiaUsuaris/nativa.html

Once you have obtained the logs, you can open a support request with the logs and technical requirements mentioned in steps 1, 2, 3 and 4.
