The processing trays are used to organize the procedures to which you have access. i can be grouped into:

  • Trays with completed procedures:
    • Inbox receipts, contains the procedures that your entity has received, that is, the entries.
    • Sent outbox_alt , contains the procedures that your entity has sent, that is, the outgoings.
    • Received i sent file_copy , contains the procedures that your entity has received i sent, that is, the entries i and the exits.

  • Trays with procedures pending completion , which at the moment are sending us a EACAT Clàsic because we have just processed-them.

    • Drafts , contains the procedures you are working on.
    • To sign draw , it contains the procedures pending signing.
    • In line, It contains the procedures that have not yet been completed due to technical issues, but are in the process of being completed.

    Only procedures within a 6-month range are shown. To a see previous procedures, modify the period using the search options.

    For now, you can only search for completed procedures, which are in the Received, Sent o Received i Sent trays. Later, you will also be able to search for unfinished procedures (draft trays, to sign i in queue).
