Since February 26, 2020, a new password security policy has been applied to EACAT to comply with the security standards of the AOC Consortium. Passwords must meet the following requirements:

  • Do not contain the username or parts of the name that exceed two consecutive characters.
  • Have at least 8 characters.
  • Include characters from at least three of the following four categories:
    • uppercase (AZ)
    • lowercase (az)
    • digits (0 to 9)
    • non-alphabetic characters (!, $, #, %).

Additionally, all passwords must be renewed every 60 days and cannot be one of the last 10 passwords used.

However, you can also access EACAT with a Digital Certificate (T-Cat), which facilitates password management.
