EACAT has two types of users:

  • Active : those users who have user permissions (basic, lentity manager, provider, signatory, etc.) i can work within EACAT Tràmits.
  • Inactive : those who also have user permissions, but the l'entity manager has deactivated them, for example, in the event of medical leave.

If you are the manager of l'entity you can activate i deactivate users a AOC Services > Manager's space .

Depending on the types of permissions , a user can be:

  • Basic , if you can access a l'application; you can consult i process the services to which you have access.
  • l'entity manager , if he/she manages the different sections of l'entity.
  • Provider , if it can create the i services and the forms of an entity.
  • Signatory , if you can sign a procedure.

You can assign permissions a to a user from l' AOC Services administration, i view-them from l'EACAT Procedures administration.
