If you are the manager of your entity, to download the list of services, go to Administration settings > EACAT Procedures > Services > icon > Export services or Export processing volume in a .csv file.

You can, therefore, download one of these 2 lists:

Export services: the .csv file will be named services-mailbox-null.csv and will include the following fields:

  • Service_code: service identification code.
  • Service_name: service name.
  • Service_topic, within which the service is framed.
  • Subtopic_service, within which the service is framed.

Export the list of services, having previously applied the filters that interest you.

Export processing volume: this is a file that represents the processing volume of each service in the entity until 06/24/2024. The .csv file will be named serveis_tramitacio_XX.csv and will include the following fields:

  • Service_name: service name.
  • Service_code: service identification code.
  • Processing_volume: Number of transactions.
  • Recipient: "True" is returned when your entity is the recipient of the service and "False" when it is not.
  • Provider: "True" is returned when your entity is a service provider and "False" when it is not.
  • Generic_service  

To view the data correctly in a spreadsheet like Excel, follow these steps:

  1. Open an Excel sheet.
  2. Place the cursor in the first cell
  3. Access the Data menu > Get data > From a file > From text/CSV.
  4. Select the .csv file from your computer.
  5. Press the Import button.
  6. A window will appear with all the data in the file, press the Load button.
