Find your managers or supervisors by selecting in the navigation bar, on the entity's avatar > Personal space account_circle > Managers. You can also contact a specific manager or supervisor.

There are 2 types of managers:

  • Managers of the entity , who are responsible for users and the assignment of permissions to EACAT Procedures.

  • Managers or specific managers of AOC services . For example, managers of Via Oberta or the digital certification service, provided that your entity has these AOC services activated.
