1. What are warnings?

The notification system allows you to receive, if you wish, a single email per day, with a summary of the incoming entries from the AOC Consortium services that your entity has received the previous day. Each user can receive notifications from the services to which they have access.

2. What do you have to do to receive the email with the notifications?

Go to Personal Space account_circle > General > Preferences

There you can choose one of three options:

  1. Receive notifications from all EACAT Procedures services and AOC services (eTRAM, e-FACT and SIR), to which you have access.

  2. Do not receive notifications from any service

  3. Configure notifications by service
You can manually choose which services you want to receive notifications for from the Services section, in the case of EACAT Procedures; and, from the Services section AOC, in the case of e-Tram, e-FACT and SIR.

3. Who assigns the notice system?

Any user can manage their own notifications from the Personal Space .

4. How do you configure your notifications?

  • In General select Configure alerts by service

  • In Services for EACAT Procedures, select and activate the inter-administrative processing services for which you want to receive notifications.

  • In Services AOC , select the services and activate Receive notifications .

You can only receive notifications from services that are related to the receipt of procedures, that is, with entries in the register. Therefore, when we talk about notifications from services AOC, we always refer to the following services: e-TRAM, e-FACT and SIR.

5. What mail can you receive?

You will receive an email with a summary of the check-in and check-out entries received by your entity.

6. What to do if you receive notices from an entity where you no longer work?

In this case, contact the person managing your entity to unsubscribe you.

Managers are responsible for managing the users of EACAT.
