Below we detail which tasks will be available on the new platform from launch and which will provisionally remain in the current version.

In the new EACAT

  • Use the new catalog to start the procedures you need, with an improved search engine and new filters, as long as you have the permissions from your manager.
  • If the procedure is in PDF, it will be downloaded directly. If it is a web form, you will access the old platform and, therefore, it is necessary that you have access permissions to the service in EACAT Classic.
  • Ask your manager for access to inter-administrative processing services if you do not have them.
  • Check the received and sent procedures to which you have access in a renewed processing space, with a synchronization that integrates the procedures of the EACAT Classic into the new EACAT.
  • Share files with other users who do not have access to them.
  • Indicate the person responsible for processing the file to better distribute workloads.
  • Consult your personal space to change your password and find out about the inter-administrative processing services to which you have access.
  • Use the generic services section, with links that take you to the classic EACAT to process generic submissions, submission of writings and documents, sending edicts and the registration window.
  • Access the different services of AOC (e-NOTUM, Copy, ERES, SIR, registration, etc.)

In the EACAT Classic:

  • Processes TR or HTML5 type web forms.
  • Work with the trays: in draft, to edit the web technology procedures that you have not completed, and to sign web forms.
  • Consult the register of authorized officials.
  • Check out the Current Affairs information.

In this new stage, you will be able to continue using the EACAT Classic as before, with all the available functionalities. For now, the two platforms coexist so that the process of learning and familiarizing yourself with the new platform is as easy as possible.
