1. What is it?
It is a register, which can be accessed from the AOC service directory, which provides information on all authorized civil servants of public entities that are members of EACAT.
2. Who can access it?
Any user of EACAT Procedures who has basic permission can access the search engine for qualified civil servants (RFH).
3. How can you access it?
You can access it through the AOC grid_on services directory, which you will find in the EACAT toolbar, selecting RFH (Register of Authorized Officials (RFH).
4. What structure does it have?
The search engine for qualified civil servants includes the following elements:

Search bar and filters, in the same bar we find the search engine and the different filters that can be applied.
The filters available are:- Deregistered
- Entity
- Tasks of the skills (Assistance to interested parties; Issuance of authentic copies)
By default, the list shows users who are authorized officials of the entity in which the user has logged in to EACAT.
- Results, with the following fields:
- Name of the official
- Entity
- Registration date or registration date, each when applicable.
- Administrative unit
- Assistance to interested parties (Yes or No)
- Issuance of authentic copies (Yes or No)
5. How can you export search engine results?
From the search engine's actions icon ... you can export the resulting list, after applying the filters you deem appropriate, in xml or csv format.
