The search engine provides lquick access rto the procedures you have already processed iallows you to efficiently search for any information you need.


L'Processing space has two types of search engine:

  • The basic search engine search , which allows you to search by entering keywords related to the procedure you are looking for. If you want the search to be done in a specific field, you can search in the following fields: subject, núregistration number, núfile number i procedure identifier.
  • The advanced tune search engine, which allows for more precise searches, using the following filters:
    • Shared with me includes files that others have shared with you.
    • Responsible , shows all files, only those you are responsible for o only those you are not responsible for.
    • Service , filters according to the service to which the procedure belongs.
    • Sender / Receiver / Interested Party , shows procedures according to l'entity involved in a procedure, according to the tray in which we are working:
      • A the Receipts tray, Issuer is l the entity that sends the procedure.
      • A the Sent tray, Receiving is l the entity that receives it.
      • A the tray of Receipts i Sent, Interested party is l'entity that can issue o receive the procedure.
    • Period , allows you to limit the search according to a start date i end date of the period; include l'time a the search, if applicable; i select l'order in which I want the results.
    • Order , presents you with the results of most recent a oldest o a l'inverse.
    • Territorial demarcation , which defines the territorial scope of the entity involved in the procedure.
    • Region , which allows you to select the region a to which the lentity involved in the procedure belongs.

To get more accurate and relevant results, use both search engines and the filters in the filter bar.

Only procedures from the last 6 months are shown. To consult previous procedures, modify the period using the search options o click the “Show previous 6 months” button, which you will find at the end of the search results.

Remember that when we talk about search engine, we always refer to the search engine by words of l'Processing space. When we refer to the advanced search engine, we indicate it explicitly.
