For those users of ERES 2.0 who have the e-NOTUM service, there is the possibility of sending notifications from the exit register, through the integration of the two services. This functionality allows you to create an exit from a register entry and from this, send a notification or communication to the interested parties of the register. Useful for example to send a response to citizens who make a telematic register entry.
To use it, you must previously inform the AOC Consortium of the need to use this functionality so that the corresponding configurations can be carried out regarding the status query of notifications and the recovery of evidence of them.
Once we confirm that you can start using the functionality from your entity, the operation will be as follows:
The user of the entry register, from the “pending to process my” tray of the entry register will be able to view the entry and attach a new document to the register , before creating the exit register, which will be taken later, as an administrative act of the notification . Once done, it will be necessary to create the exit register to notify/communicate through the e-NOTUM from the button below:

The user consulting the output register will be able to manage the sending of the notification from the “Pending processing of my” tray of the output register of the ERES 2.0 . Click on the “Notify” link.

Through the screen that is loading at this moment, access the “Notification Tracking” link

Select the document to notify and choose between the options of sending communication or notification through e-NOTUM. Additionally, other attachments can be added to the notification, from among the documents included in the exit register using the button with the clip icon on the screen below.

On the next screen, you must review the contacts of the interested party of the record and the type of access defined for the electronic notification. Once done, accept the submission:

You can track the notification made through the “Pending Notifications” and “Notifications made” trays by accessing the notification status query and downloading the evidence, when the notification has already been made. This document (evidence) is inherited and is automatically attached to the exit record created.
You can also return to the notification tracking from where the shipment has been managed, by clicking the “Notify” link again in the outbound records tray pending processing:
