The operator with the approver role must access https://scd.aoc.cat and click on “Requests pending approval”

The pending requests will be displayed below. To find the request you want to deal with, you can search using the search box on the right or by expanding the requests displayed per page.

Select the request you want to check and click on it. The data for the request you have selected will appear on the next screen.

To delete the request, click on “ Delete ”.
Important: Deleting the request means that the request disappears from the system permanently. To have the request for this certificate again, the requester will have to enter the data again or the subscribing entity will have to make the request again.
When doing this, the application requests the operator's signature. The certificate is selected and the PIN is entered, and click Accept.

The application then returns to the screen with the list of pending requests.
