The systems accepted by VÀLid are explained below. The authentication process can be carried out, in general, with idCAT Mòbil, Digital Certificates and Cl@ve. However, each public administration user of the VÀLid system can decide whether to show all the systems or only some depending on the procedure (For example, only showing "Digital Certificates" to consider them a more secure system for that specific procedure). If one of the systems does not appear and you have doubts about it, you should consult with the organization with which you are doing the online management.

What is the role of the AOC Consortium in the processing?
The AOC Consortium offers digital identification tools that allow you to transact electronically with Catalan administrations, such as the idCAT Certificat, the idCAT Mòbil, the e-TRAM and the VÀLid. The VÀLid is a system that allows you to identify yourself with different electronic means (digital certificates, idCAT Mòbil, Cl@ve, etc.).
Therefore, while you are processing with a Catalan administration, to identify yourself, you will go through the VÀLid page of the AOC Consortium.
However, the AOC Consortium only provides these identification tools, but does not manage or receive the procedures you are carrying out . That is why if you have doubts or incidents about a specific procedure, you must contact the responsible administration directly .
