Problems can only be registered once, as it can be extended over time, using the Start and End Date, or reopened if it is closed.
By default, the program gives the Start Date as the day the issue is entered, and the End Date as December 31 of the current year. These dates can be modified at any time by editing the issue, for example: if an issue ends on a date earlier than that recorded in the application, the end date will be modified and the date on which it ends will be recorded.
