Introduction of extensions
When introducing extensions to the RPC, the following considerations must be taken into account:
The settlement must not be made prior to the introduction of the extension(s), the extensions that the contract has must be reported and once the last extension has ended, the overall settlement of the contract and its extensions must be reported.
If multiple extensions are entered, they must be entered in correlative order (from oldest to newest), and the start date must be greater than the end date of the previous extension.
In the case of reporting contract extensions that exceed the thresholds established by the Auditor General (section 12 of the frequently asked questions), it will also be necessary to attach the electronically signed PDF documents of the extension in order to be able to submit it.
Batch/extension modifications
In the case of a batch/extension modification, it is important to note that this must be prior to extinction; once the batch has been extinguished, no modification can be reported.
In the case of reporting modifications to contracts that exceed the thresholds established by the Auditor General (section 12 of the frequently asked questions), it will also be necessary to attach the electronically signed PDF documents of the modification in order to be able to submit it.
