Hestia incorporates a document management solution. This option allows professionals to store documents within Hestia, related to a Personal File or a specific file. It also allows authentic copies of documents to be made, as Law 39/2015 provides for this in its article 27.1 “through automated administrative action” and article 42 of Law 40/2015 determines that automated administrative action can be signed electronically by an electronic seal, as is the case.

This option is especially useful for archiving in our electronic file, for example, the consent to use the personal data of citizens who contact our basic social services, among others.
