Whenever a contract (any of its lots) begins i and ends in different years (even if the total duration is less than a one year), the contract is considered to be a multi-year. In the case of multi-year contracts, it is mandatory to report the “Date of government agreement/competent body” field in the lot data.

If the contract starts i and ends in different years i is not marked as a multi-year, a message is displayed notifying you of this fact. If the contract is marked as a multi-year, all its lots must be.

Once the multi-year contract a has been correctly recorded, a button to add the annuities will appear at the bottom of the screen.

Once inside the screen to report the annuities, you must enter l'year of l'annuity, l'bid amount i awarded of l'annuity.

S'must report as many annuities as the years the contract covers (even if it lasts less than a year, if it startsa in 2015 i ends in 2016, one annuity for 2015 i must be reported and one for 2016). The program allows for the awarded amount for an annuity to be higher than the bid provided that the l'awarded amount of the sum of the annuities is not higher a l'awarded amount of the sum of the same. The system also verifies that the sum of the bid amounts i awarded of the annuities is not higher than the bid amount i awarded of the lot.

It may happen that the program gives a message that the sum of the amounts awarded for the annuities is less than the total amount awarded for the lot, even though the sum of these amounts is equal. This is an error that occurs due to the internal calculation of decimals on some occasions, but it is only a warning that allows you to record the contract and therefore it should be ignored.
