In the PúPublic Contracts Register, framework agreements are not reported, only derivatives. When reporting as a the award procedure “derivative of framework agreement” it is mandatory to report in the procurement rationalization system field “Framework agreement”. When doing this, a new drop-down appears a below this field where you must choose l'Framework agreement from which the contract is derived.

The Framework Agreements drop-down list is updated by the Technical Secretariat of the Administrative Contracting Advisory Board, therefore, if the Framework Agreement from which your contract is derived is not in the drop-down list, you will have to send us the necessary data to register the Framework Agreement in the list (code, description, validity) at the email address registro_contractes_TRA__2__eco@gencat.cat
