Once the contract and its possible extensions (if any) have been completed and settled, the settlement of the contract must be reported to the Registry.

In the section of lots/extensions pending settlement, you can search for all contracts with lots whose expected end date has already passed and are not terminated or extended, and which can therefore be terminated.

You can report the termination from the same search engine screen (by clicking on the blue arrow) or from the settlement section and searching for the contract you want to terminate.

There are two types of settlement, by fulfillment and by resolution. In the case of settlement by resolution, the reason for the termination of the contract must be reported.

In the final price field, the contract award amount plus possible contract modifications appears by default, but the actual amount paid for the lot must be reported.

In the case of contracts with an award amount greater than 50,000 euros, in order to be able to report the termination of the contract, it is necessary to attach the contract evaluation report (which can be found at the top of the Registry page next to the user code or on the JCCA website). In contracts that are studies or opinions, it is always necessary to attach the contract evaluation report regardless of the amount of the contract and in the case of contracts in the local area, it is not mandatory to attach it in any case.

You must attach the same form that is downloaded from the Registry page or from the JCCA website. It cannot be printed to fill in and then scanned, as the evaluation report is a smart PDF and therefore has a different format than a normal PDF.
