Once the contract has been completed and its possible extensions (if any) have been settled, the settlement of the contract must be reported to the Registry.

In the l'section of lots/extensions pending settlement, you can search for all contracts with lots whose expected end date has already passed i that are not terminated or extended, i which can therefore be terminated.

You can report l'termination from the same search engine screen (by clicking on the blue arrow) o from l'liquidation section i by searching for the contract that you want to terminate.

There are two types of settlement, by fulfillment i by resolution. In the case of settlement by resolution, the reason for the termination of the contract must be reported.

In the final price field, by default the l'contract award amount plus possible contract modifications appears, but the l'actual amount paid for the lot must be reported.

In the case of contracts with an award amount greater than a 50.000 euros, in order to be able to report the termination of the contract, it is necessary to attach the l'contract evaluation report (which can be found a at the top of the Registry page next to the user code o a on the JCCA website). In contracts that are studies o opinions, it is always necessary to attach the l'contract evaluation report regardless of the contract amount i in the case of contracts at the local level, it is not mandatory to attach it in any case.

It is necessary to attach the same form that is downloaded from the Registry page o a the JCCA website, it cannot be printed to fill out -it i then scanned -it, since l'evaluation report is an intelligent pdf i therefore it has a different format than the normal pdf.
