The SAD file is related to the basic social services file, since in most situations, the first part of the care for the person is recorded in this, and later, depending on the need and the resource assessed, the SAD file will need to be opened. At this point, it is important to take into account that prior to the creation of the SAD file, the provision 1.1.2.1 Home help service, in the pre-assigned status, will need to be recorded in the basic social services file.
