The basic data of the contract cannot be modified a after having-saved it. In case of a mistake, the contract must be cancelled i and -re-created. This is because a that depending on this data, the rest of the contract sheet will incorporate some data o others i the validations may vary:
- Contract group
- Contract type
- Contracting agency
- Númere lots
- Procurement Unit
- Year of contract execution
Regarding the number of lots, in the register all contracts have at least one lot, therefore, by default a 1 will always appear as the lot number. In the Public Contracts Register, more than one successful bidder per lot cannot be reported, therefore in the event that there is more than one successful bidder, as many lots as successful bidders will always be reported.
In the event that the contract has an execution period of more than one year, the field “year of execution of the contract” must be reported as l'year of start of l'execution.
The “Contracting Unit” field will not have any option to choose from within the drop-down list, a unless lthe contracting agency has requested it.
