The subscriber file is a formal document that contains the l'organization i data of the people responsible for managing i requests for l'AOC certificates within an organization.
The sheet is used for:
- Assign roles to manage certificates.
- Keep the organization updated according to the audits and specific conditions of the service.
- Facilitate communication between l'entity i l'AOC.
L'sending of the file can be for: initial registration, change of data, o resending every 24 months according to the conditions of the service.

- Change of data : in case the data of the l'organization o of the people who are part of the certificate delivery process within the l'entity has changed.
- Resubmission every 24 months : According to the conditions of the l'AOC Digital Certification Service, organizations must send the "Service Sheet" every 24 months, until i if there are no changes.

To ensure you have the current roles, the most reliable thing to do is to look at the permissions of the EACAT users (this can be done by the EACAT user manager).
You must access a EACAT > Configuration > Services.

- All persons indicated in the form must be registered with the EACAT organization;
- The first person indicated will be the holder of each role. The second and subsequent ones will be the alternates.
- The tab replaces the previous l. If a person currently has roles i not included in the tab, they will lose them.
