Clicking on one of the items will display the information related to the different sections, allowing you to edit them independently.

If you want to edit the field of an item but without this change being visible to end users, you will need to save the version as a draft. To do this, click on “ save as a draft ” i it will be saved a l'version history.
For items that have a data model for manual entry, to add records click the “ Add Indicator Record ” button . A will then show us the dialog box with the fields of the data resource to which we want to add the new record.
To a be able to edit the data entered manually located next to the i record, click on the “ Edit ” icon. The dialog box with the fields of the data resource i will then be displayed, where you can edit-the content.
Once modified, click a the “ Save as draft ” function (if you want to create a version, but the changes will not be publicly shown until it is published) o “ Publish ” if you want to publish the already revised content.
To delete a record from the content, click on the Delete icon in the lline of the record you want to delete.
Then you will be asked for confirmation. By clicking a “Sí” the record will be deleted.
For items that have automatic data, you must click on the l'indicator that shows the data to show-the content i you will see that a the top of the data section shows a bar with the options Do you want the automatically loaded data to be visible? . Then you must choose the l'desired option.
For items that have automatic data graphs, when you click a on the l'indicator that shows the graphs to show-the content, you will see that a at the top of the graph a bar with the options of Do you want this graph to be visible? You must choose the l'desired option.
If you want to add more information than the default fields of l'item allow, you will need to click on the l'“edit” option.
An editing panel will then open where you can add additional information a automatic data i/o manual, in the form of:
- Text
- Links
- Attached documents (with a maximum file size of 100MB)
You will need to choose the More information section i add the text o desired links.
Once the data has been incorporated, you will need to click a “Publish” to a save i make the changes visible.
If you want to add an attached document , you will need to choose the Attachments section i and click on “Select”.
S'will open a tab where it will ask you where you want to import the file from. If you have not already uploaded it to another page of the Portal, you will have to click a “Add” i choose “Basic document”.
In this new screen that will be displayed, you will be asked for the information to a upload the attached document in question, which you can upload a l'section “Select file”. A Furthermore, you will be able to edit the following fields:
- Ttitle : Name of the document.
- Description : Brief description of l'attached.
- Categorization : You can add tags to find the file in searches more effectively.
- Related content : You will be able to link content from other parts of the Seu-e 2.0 i the Transparency portal.
- Permissions : You can manage who will view the attachment: Anyone, members of the website, only the owner.
Once all the steps have been completed, you will need to click on “Publish” to a save the changes.
To upload a second document , go back to a go to a l'edit of l'item i a l'documents section click a the tab on the right “ + “.
A Then, a will appear under l'option to upload a second document. To upload it, repeat the l'previous operation.
When you need to delete a published document , go to the a l'attachments section i and click on the “Delete” button. To publish the modified content, click on the “Publish” button.
To link a web addressa with a link , go to a l'edit text i type the name you want to appear in the text as a title.
Then, select this name i and go to the “insert/edit link” tab.
Paste the URL i a the “destination” tab says “not defined”. When you publish-it, you will be able to access the document a through its link.
