In order to request a new registration or modification of the Entity Administrator user in the RPC, you must send us the service registration form with the new administrator's details, through EACAT, in the manner indicated on the Public Contract Registry service page.

Through the same form you can communicate the removal of an administrator, selecting "Modification", in the "Administrators" section using the option "Do you need to remove an administrator?" you can indicate the details of the administrator to be removed.

If there is already an Entity Administrator registered in the organization's RPC, they can add permissions to another person in the entity with the same role and it will not be necessary to send the form.

For the protection of personal data, our User Service Center does not provide data related to people who are registered on the platforms. If this data is not known from the contracting body, you will need to send us a registration form with the details of a new entity administrator so that they can access the tool's users, once they have been assigned the role.
