A As we upload additional documents to our Transparency Portal, if we want to modify any aspect it will be more difficult to find a specific file. To simplify the task, folders can be created to store i classify the attached files.

To do this, when we are in the attachment upload window, instead of uploading an attached document, we will click on “create folder”.

Now the new folder will appear at the top of the attachments menu, along with two informative indicators: the number of subfolders it has and the number of documents it contains.

Next, we will click on the created folder i and go to the drop-down menu to add the attached document o or a subfolder.

To delete documents, you must access a Document management i multimedia file:

  • We will access a the Content part of l'Website Administration

Access a the Content part

  • We will click a Documents i multimedia files
  • We will move the document a to the recycle bin

To recover a deleted document , a the trash can we will find an option to restore the contents i the documents.

  • To access the recycling bin, go to Site Administration / Content .

  • When accessing-we will see the list of sent documents a the trash. We will search for the document we want to restore, i a the “Actions” tab we will find the “Restore” option.
