The EACAT Digital Certification Service is aimed at public administrations that are users of the l'AOC Digital Certification Service, both those that send digital certificate requests directly to a l'AOC and those that are associated with a T-CAT Registration Entity (p.e; County Council).
Who can apply for digital certificates T-CAT a through EACAT?
Requests can be created by the person who has the role of editor o of informed requester a the Subscriber File. (<a href="https://suport-tcat.aoc.cat/hc/ca/articles/20049040303645">This file is sent a through EACAT ).
- Editor role functions: Person who will be able to complete the a EACAT i certificate applications and leave -them pending signature by the applicant i/o certifier as the case may be.
- Applicant role functions: People who authorize the issuance of certificates requested from your organization. The signature of one of these people will be required for each of the personal T-CAT requests.

How do you create a a request through EACAT?
1. To make a request for a a certificate through l'EACAT , access a l'EACAT (<a href="http://www.eacat.cat">www.eacat.cat ), section “Procedures>AOC Consortium>Digital Certification Service" i select the type of certificate a to request (application personnel o).

Once in the process, a the “ Initial information ” tab you will need to choose the type of certificate a to request (<a href="https://suport-tcat.aoc.cat/hc/ca/articles/4413898445585-Cat%25C3%25A0leg-de-certificats" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">certificate catalog ) i a continued “Save draft”:

Note: You can apply for the T-CAT with a Spanish DNI o or a NIE.
3. A the “Request Data” tab you will need to add the mandatory certificate data from the “Add” button i once filled in click a “Accept” i a then “Next” to move a to the next tab:
Important : Check that the data entered is correct, since once the i application has been processed and delivered, if the certificate data is incorrect it will have to be revoked.
4. A the “Application Announcements” tab will default to l'addressa for sending the certificate(s) i of the documentation (which can be modified if you wish).
5. A then sends the request a signature using the “Send a sign” button. L'user with the role of personal certificate applicant i the data certifier must sign the submission from EACAT/My procedures/To sign, pressing the “Sign” button.
If there is no error in the request, the request will be registered a EACAT i in the hands of l'Registration Entity responsible for generating it.

What is the status of a certificate request?

The delivery period for certificates issued by the AOC Consortium Registration Entity is a maximum of 16 working days from the date of arrival of the correctly completed and signed documentation, except for pseudonym certificates, which will be a maximum of 20 working days. If you opt for the urgent service, the period will be four working days, limited to five requests per week. In the case of pseudonym certificates, the urgency will only apply in the event of loss, theft, etc.
How to make personal T-CAT requests with mass upload?
L'EACAT allows requests for a minimum of 10 certificates i maximum 50 through bulk upload, provided that they are certificates of the same type i and have the same shipping addressa.

- Requests must have the same priority

How to renew a a digital certificate through EACAT?
Both the old and new certificates will coexist with full functionality until the previous one expires. Therefore, it is advisable to renew the certificates as soon as the last 60 days of their life begin.
1. To make a request for renewal of a certificate through l'EACAT , access a l'EACAT (<a href="http://www.eacat.cat">www.eacat.cat ), section “Procedures>AOC Consortium>Digital Certification Service" i select the type of certificate a renew (personal o application).

2. If you select l' magnifying glass option the following screen will open:
Fill in the following information:
- “Name” o “NIF/NIE” of the certificate a to renew.
- L'certificate status, which in our case is “Vvalid” by default, since if it is expired o revoked it cannot be renewed.
- Select the “Certificate Type”
Click a “Search”
Once the certificate appears, select i click a “Select” to a continue.

- The person responsible for the i service is the certificate applicant of l and the certificate subscriber.
