Due to the adaptation of the Certificate Catalog issued by the AOC Consortium to the new EIDAS regulations , as of 09/05/2018 the profile of some of the existing certificates has been modified and new ones have been added. Below we detail the changes:

The T-CAT (personal card): is the card for Catalan public administration personnel and contains qualified digital certificates from the AOC Consortium, which guarantee the identity and personal attributes of its holder and which is linked to the subscriber belonging to the public sector. It will now have two certificates (one for signature and one for authentication).

The T-CAT P (software personnel): the personal identification certificate, and advanced signature with position, optional, is a recognized certificate that identifies, in addition to the person who owns it, its subscribing organization, and may include a statement relating to the position of the key holder, is intended for public workers in the Catalan public sector. The T-CAT P (software personnel) will not allow encryption .

T-CAT of pseudonym: is added to the catalog of certificates issued by the Consortium. The pseudonym certificate is a signature certificate for a public employee with a high-level pseudonym.

Personal data will not appear on the certificate, as they will be replaced by the pseudonym indicated.

This will always be requested accompanied by a PDF file that proves the pseudonym of the public employee.

T-CAT of Representative: is added to the catalog of certificates issued by the Consortium. The representative certificate is an electronic representative certificate before high-level AAPPs.

This will always be requested accompanied by a pdf file that proves the appointment of the representative . The document to be attached must include the publication in the official gazette or newspaper or the notarial deed if applicable).
