When accessing a procedure, the following detail is observed:

To download the receipt for the procedure, simply click on the “Download receipt” button. In the “Your request” tab you will be able to see all the data you have added to the procedure:

In the “Attached files” tab you will be able to see all the files you have attached to the procedure and download them. If you do not attach anything, the tab will not appear:

Finally, in the “Your contact details” tab you will be able to see the telephone number and email address added during the process:

Below is an image of a procedure in a mobile environment. It is worth noting that we can find all the e-TRAM procedures initiated (according to NIF authentication), and therefore MyGov acts as an inter-administrative citizen folder.
