To access the l'AOC Signature Holder, you must have a digital certificate. A below you will find the different options for authenticating-you i sign a l'tool.
The solution provider no longer supports a this authentication system i signing with the browser. The system continues to work, but if you have any issues with it, the solution is to install-the latest version of "Viafirma Desktop".
One of the options available to authenticate-se is with the browser. This option requires JAVA to be installed.

If you select this option, a file will be downloaded that you will have to open i and run every time you want to access a l'tool.
You will need to enter a the folder where it was saved (usually the “Downloads” folder, but it may vary depending on your browser o and your personalized settings) i execute l the file (double click). You will need to accept the system alerts to continue.
Once accepted, a window will open where you must select the i certificate and press “Send”.
A you will then be redirected a to the home screen of the l'AOC Signature Holder.
In the event of any issue with the identification of the signature, it is recommended to install the latest version of the Viafirma Desktop utility. If the version you are using is not the latest, update it.
L'option to authenticate with Viafirma Desktop, will allow you to install a component only once i not having to download-it i again a execute-it every time you need to access o sign in the Signature Holder. To install the component, administrator permissions are required on the l'computer , but once installed it can be used without these permissions.
The first thing you will need to do is download i and install the program depending on your operating system (you will only do this the first time).
Once you have downloaded the l'installation file, you will only have to run-or i accept the different warnings from the l'installation wizard of your operating system.
Once the installation is complete, when you return to the Signature Holder, you will be able to access it using the “Authenticate with Viafirma Desktop” option:
Then the screen to choose the certificate will open directly:
Once the certificate is selected, simply press “Authenticate” i and indicate the PIN for use (if the certificate is software, such as a T-CAT P for example, it may not have a PIN for use). A You will then be redirected a to the main page of the l'AOC Signature Holder.

The component is the same for identification as for signature, if you have already l'installed to identify-you, you will not need to install it again.
