To be able to sign from Android with the AOC Signature Holder, it is necessary to have a personal certificate on the device (type T-CAT P)

1. Export your certificate to your Android device

First, you need to export the l'certificate file to your Android device so you can install it and ocall it later from the Signature Holder. To do this, you will need the original installation file, if you don't have it, you can create a new file by exporting it from a browser where you have it installed. . L'file will have l'extension .p12 o .pfx.

Once you have the l'certificate file, you must follow these steps:

  • Send l'file a a búmailbox that you manage from your Smartphone o tablet o upload'l to Drive o a other service in the núvol.
  • Save l'file a to a location on your Android device.

2. Install the certificate on your device

Important: This step is not essential, as it is possible to sign without having the certificate installed, just having it saved within the device files on the drive. If you prefer not to install the certificate, you can go directly to the next step.

To install-the certificate, run lthe file with the extension .p12 o .pfx, which you have saved to a location on your device, by clicking aon it.

The system will ask you for the password you used to protect the l'file when exporting it. If it is an original l'file (not an export), the password for the l'file is the suspension code received in the download email.

3. Download the Viafirma l app from Google Play

To be able to sign with the Portasignatures from an Android device, you must download the Viafirma Mobile application from Google Play.

4. Sign in with your Android device

Once both the certificate (if you have decided to install it) and the Viafirma Mobile application have been installed, if you are a Portasignatures user, you can access the tray from your mobile device by accessing <href="https://portasignatures</href>">https://portasignatures</href> in a browser o by clicking a l'link that you will receive a your email bústia when you have a pending request. In case you only receive documents to sign as an external user a l'tool, you will only be able to access it from l'link in the email.

When accessing the l'AOC Signature Holder either from the l'direct link o or from the l'email link, you must click on the button to access with a certificate.

Once you click a “Log in with local certificate” you will be redirected to a l'Viafirma Mobile app.

You have two ways to authenticate-you:

  • Credential Keychain: Refers to the certificate installed on the device.
  • P12 o Pfx format: With this option it would not be necessary to install-the certificate, just have-it among our files within the Android device i we would have to indicate the installation code every time we use it.

Once you have selected the desired option, you will enter the tray of petitions pending signature. Here you just need to choose the petition you want to sign, review it and press “Signature with local certificate”.

A then you will again have the l'option to choose between the installed certificate o l'file .p12 o .pfx. Once you have chosen the l'option i and indicated the pin, if applicable, the system will display a warning that the document has been correctly signed.
