Important : Users of the Generalitat, with access to GICAR, have the Generalitat's digital Portasignatures to send petitions between people in the Generalitat's public sector. However, Generalitat staff who need to send petitions to sign to people in the local world will have to do so through our Portasignatures.

You will find the procedure for requesting the service, in EACAT Procedures > provider Consortium AOC, CAOC Service – Request for services > Procedure “Request for registration and modification of AOC services” . You must have permissions for the CAOC service - Request for services to be able to access the registration form. To be able to request users, you will need to attach the User Registration Document (Excel) to the “Service User Management” section of the registration form.

In the same form you will request the registration, deregistration and modification of the organization's users who will need access either to write flows or to sign.

If you already use the service and need new users, you must send this same registration form to the service.

Work is being done so that user management can be carried out directly by user managers from the EACAT Configuration section.
