Amendments to published data?

L'amendments can be made by users with the profile: Editor i Validator.

It should be noted that you only need to amend what has been published i if you want to modify it. If it is data that was not published, there is no need to amend it.

l'action “Create amendment” does not appear

There may be different reasons why this option does not appear, so you need to check the following:

L'identified user is validator o editor (the administrator profile does not have the ability to edit publications).

The current phase is in the Published status i is visible on the portal. If the exact publication time has not yet arrived, the “Create amendment” action does not appear. If you want to modify any data in this case, you simply need to cancel the publication (validator user).

The next phase has not started. When the subsequent phase a that you want to amend is started, the “make amendment” button does not appear. If the subsequent phase a that you want to edit is in the Edit state, you must delete-it (editor profile o validator). Then you can make l'amendment.
