The amendment can be made by users with the profile: Editor and Validador.
It is important to remember that you only need to amend what has been published and you want to modify. If it is data that was not published, you do not need to make an amendment.
The amendment will be made following the following instructions:
– First, you must press the “Create amendment” option on the actions button.
– A window will open that allows you to enter data:
The amendment action allows you to choose the phase on which the amendment is made, therefore it is possible to amend a phase prior to the last published one, if necessary. For example, an amendment can be made on the award, even though the formalization has already been published, if the need arises.
In the Reason for amendment section, you must indicate an explanatory text regarding the fact that makes it necessary to amend the published data. This text will be displayed on the Platform.
By saving this data, a new version of the same phase is created where the information can be edited and published following the same procedure as in the initial version.
In any publication , the deadline for submitting offers must be greater than the publication date, so it will be necessary to take into account modifying this value if it has already expired. In the event that the reason for the amendment is to modify the opening dates in eLicita, we must take into account that this action is done directly from the configuration of the eLicita tools, without opening an amendment procedure, in order not to have to extend the submission deadline, if it has already passed.
As many amendments as necessary can be made, as long as the previous points are met.
The data from the initial publication will continue to be displayed.
The “Create Amendment” action does not appear
There may be different reasons why this option does not appear, so you need to check the following:
The identified user is a validator or editor (the administrator profile does not have the ability to edit publications).
The current phase is in the Published state and is visible on the portal. If the exact publication time has not yet arrived, the “Create amendment” action does not appear. If you want to modify any data in this case, you simply need to cancel the publication (validating user).
The next phase has not started. When the phase after the one you want to amend is started, the “make amendment” button does not appear. If the phase after the one you want to edit is in the Edit state, you must delete it (editor or validator profile). Then you can make the amendment.
I can't find the ad field I want to amend in a file migrated from the previous Platform.
In migrated files, it may happen that when creating an amendment, the field you want to amend no longer exists (given that there have been modifications to the fields in the announcements). In this case, what you need to do is inform the field you want to amend and what the change is in the Observations section of the announcement).
