What are the possible states of a representation? (life cycle)

The possible states of a representation are:

  • VÀLIDA >> Valid representation i in force.
  • PENDING VALIDATION >> S'has provided documentation that needs to be reviewed i validated in order to change l'status a VÀLIDA o DENIED.
  • IN VALIDATION >> From l'VALIDATION PENDING state, a representation can pass a this state by the VALIDATOR role to indicate that it is evaluating the representation to decide whether to accept-it o deny-it. From this state it can pass a VÀLIDA, DENIED o back to a PENDING VALIDATION. When a Validation query is made, a representation in this state cannot be used to answer affirmatively.
  • PENDENT_ACCEPTANCE >> The principal o representing has made a representation without documentation a validate i it is necessary for l the other party l to explicitly accept to pass l'status a VÀLIDA. Either party, however, can decide to cancel it, passing a RENEWED a REVOKED (depending on who does the l'action). When a Validation query is made, a representation in this status cannot be used to respond affirmatively. After 40 days in this status, if it has not been accepted o cancelled (revocation o renúncia), it automatically passes a annulled.
  • PENDING SIGNATURE >> Once the service receives a request for registration o modification of a representation, signed evidence is generated. If this signature fails, this representation is placed in a pending signature state i and retried until the signature is performed correctly.
  • DENIED >> Once the attached documentation a has been reviewed, the registration i representation has been denied.
  • EXPIRED >> A representation that was previously VÀLIDA, PENDING ACCEPTANCE o PENDING VALIDATION, but is currently outside its validity period.
  • RENEWED >> The representative renounces a the representation.
  • REVOKED >> The principal revokes the representation.
  • CANCELLED >> Exceptional situation in which the lpublic administration decides to cancel a representation, either because 40 days have passed without it being accepted o or because there is an error in it (p.ex. incorrect NIF, incorrect name, non-coincident attached documentation, etc.)

Currently, amendment management is not allowed within the ltool, therefore, if a representation is denied, the request must be resubmitted. We are evaluating implementing an amendment management mechanism that allows a to generate another one from a denied representation, correcting what is wrong in a more agile manner.
