Currently Representa allows registering powers of attorney between:

  • Natural Person grants powers to Legal Person
  • Natural Person grants powers to Natural Person
  • Legal Person grants powers to Legal Person
  • Legal Person grants powers to Natural Person

Unfortunately, representations cannot be created in which a natural or legal person grants powers to 2 or more people, whether natural or legal persons, jointly, that is, they must act on behalf of the granting natural or legal person (the principal) jointly.
