A cancellation can be made when a file is in the Tender Announcement, Award i Formalization i phase and the publication on the Contract Portal has already been made, that is a to say:

  • The phase being edited is Tender Announcement, Award i Formalization.
  • L'phase status is Published
  • The date i publication time on the profile has arrived, i therefore l'announcement/award/formalization is visible on the Portal

In the Publications Manager, l'cancellation is treated as another phase of the l'file, which can be completed a from the Actions button:

The result of a cancellation is the publication on the Contracting Portal of the corresponding l'cancellation a l'file data. All published cancellations are identified in the contracting profile.

Depending on the type of cancellation chosen, different fields may be filled in.

Note : l'cancellation is a final phase a of the PSCP. For this reason it cannot be reversed. In the event that a file is cancelled by error, a new virtual bidding space a can only be created starting from the corresponding phase (following a the last one that was published in l'previous file) i referencing the first one through the observations o a notice on the board of the new bid created.

L'Cancellation of l'file does not imply that it will no longer be visible in the Contractor Profile, but will remain in a specific publications section.
