When a phase is passed with the status “Publishing”, but the time indicated a the publication date in the profile i has not arrived, therefore the publication is not visible on the Portal, the l'option “Cancel publication” is displayed, which returns the phase a l'status “Pending publication”. A publication visible on the Portal cannot be cancelled.

When a phase is in the “Published” status i and is already visible a on the Platform, publication cannot be canceled. In this situation, the options to cancel the file i amendment are shown, which are explained in the corresponding sections listed a below.

It may happen that if the detail page is kept fixed for a while i when the time for publication arrives, the l'option to "Cancel publication" will continue to be displayed because the page has not been updated during this time. If in this situation the "Cancel bidding" button is selected, a message will be given warning that it cannot be done because l'advertisement is already published i the page will be refreshed hiding this option.

If a phase is published i an error is detected in the data entered, this option avoids having to make a correction if the phase is not published i visible. This option is only available for a l'validator user.
