Each professional who uses the Hèstia service responds to a profile and based on this, the professional will be able to enter, view, modify or manage the tasks assigned to them within the team or the territory.
The same professional can be assigned several roles, depending on the tasks to be carried out and the areas in which they carry out their intervention.
Types of profiles/roles
- Administrative assistant : professional who accesses basic user information and the professionals' agenda. Can enter basic identification and housing data and create appointments for Social Services professionals.
- Technical administrator : technical support professional in ABSS. Can register personal files and files and carry out procedures in the agenda module, but does not have access to the content of the actions carried out by technical professionals or initiate Intervention Plans, since they cannot provide direct attention to people.
- Social Services Technician (social worker or social educator TS/ES): is the professional who carries out the intervention in the field of basic social services and who works on the social services file.
- SIAD technician : is the professional who carries out the intervention in the field of women's care and who works on the SIAD file.
- SAD Manager: is the professional who carries out the intervention in the field of Home Care Services and who works on the SAD file.
- Immigration Technician : is the professional who carries out the intervention in the field of immigration, and who works on the Immigration file.
- EAIA technician : is the professional who carries out the intervention in the field of care for children and adolescents and who works on the EAIA file.
- Coordinator : professional who carries out coordination tasks for one or more teams of Basic Social Services. Can schedule appointments and multi-professional time reservations and set up teams within the municipality. Cannot create users or teams. Can access personal data and the files of all professionals who are part of their team.
- Administrator : is the one who configures each local entity, drawing the territorial structure, registering the teams, linking teams to sectors or municipalities of action and registering the rest of the users.
